Realising Customer Potential

Press Release - 6 March 2007

Twenty joins international network of independent direct marketing agencies.

The InterDirect Network has appointed direct marketing agency Twenty Limited as their exclusive member for New Zealand.   The immediate benefit that membership provides to Twenty and its clients is access to best practice thinking and case studies from leading direct agencies around the world.

InterDirect was established in 1988 by a small number of DM agencies who had clients with something in common, the need for a network of agencies that could provide specialist help and advice on cross-border DM activity. Such was the success of the original concept that it has now grown into a highly-organised, award-winning creative network spanning 46 countries and employing over 1,200 people.   Membership is by selected invitation only, with one agency member per country.

In the six months since its launch, Twenty has successfully established the strategic and analytical credentials of the agency with work on clients including BMW, Express Couriers (CourierPost and Pace) and a major high street bank. Affiliating themselves with InterDirect is about setting the foundations in place for the long term development of the full-service offering says Simon Breed, a director of the agency.

"Twenty is one of the few independent direct marketing agencies in New Zealand meeting our criteria and membership profile.   What we liked was the combination of professional experience and high motivation of these entrepreneurs" commented Pieter van den Busken, Executive Chairman and one of the founding fathers of InterDirect.   "Twenty has ambitious plans for the future and we know Simon from his time at TMW, our InterDirect Member for the UK".
