Twenty appointed to undertake segmentation for CourierPost following three-way tender. CourierPost has appointed direct marketing agency Twenty to undertake behavioural modelling on its business customer base. The win follows a three way pitch.
Hamish Travers, a director of the fledgling agency, said "this win confirms the arrival of Twenty as a real competitive force in the data-driven direct marketing sector. We are looking forward to working with CourierPost to realise the potential of its customers. This activity will result in practical insights and tangible strategic direction to drive sales and marketing in a relevant way."
The win follows a number of other gains for Twenty since launching in October. Current clients include BMW, BioCare and a major bank.
