We started working with BMW in late 2006 providing CRM consultancy services. Since that time, the relationship flourished and we are proud to have become BMW’s retained CRM agency. We now work on BMW’s database strategy, customer analytics, segmentation and modelling and create direct and relationship marketing campaigns targeting BMWs customers. Our role is to deliver a world class CRM programme that delivers an improved customer experience and better returns for the BMW Group and its Dealers.
